Weather: Rain and light winds dominated the weather. Racing started around 11:00 am
in light winds that built during the first leg, but then diminished as the boats
finished. Winds built again at the start of the second race, but then fell to calm
to near calm conditions for the remainder of the race. Racing concluded at 1:00 pm.
All races used whistle starts.

Weather: Fog and calm wind conditions delayed racing until late morning.
Racing started around 11:30 am in light steady winds from the southwest.
Once the fog dissipated, skies were generally sunny. Light winds prevailed
throughout the day, with an occassional lull. Wind direction was generally
steady for Charbonneau. Racing concluded at 4:00 pm. All races used whistle starts.
Series point tie between FS1863 and FS3539 was broken following:
Appendix A8 - SERIES TIES
If there is a series score tie between two or more boats, each boat’s race
scores shall be listed in order of best to worst, and at the first point(s)
where there is a difference the tie shall be broken in favor of the boat(s)
with the best score(s). No excluded scores shall be used.
